With a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Texas State University and a Masters of Education from Texas A&M Commerce, his natural industry talent is matched by his educational background.

As an Education and District Advisor, Shannon looks forward to leveraging his extensive career insights and a strong network of professionals to provide valuable guidance and support to BWA’s K-12 projects.

Beyond the professional realm, Shannon finds joy in a variety of pursuits. An avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman, he is happiest in the great outdoors. A devoted family man, Shannon cherishes time with his wife, Wendi, their three children, and two grandchildren.
