Bobby Sundmaker, the Director of Business Development, has honed his expertise in comprehending BWA's distinctive selling points, crafting effective strategies, nurturing the growth of the company's brand, identifying promising business opportunities that align with their extensive experience, and providing support to his network of contacts who reciprocally assist him. He assumes the role of overseeing business development as the esteemed "chief storyteller" for BWA’s business in the state of Texas.

Among his notable career accomplishments is his triumph in penetrating untapped vertical markets, thus expanding BWA's reach and influence. His attraction to the field of architecture stems from its perpetually dynamic nature, as it continually evolves and is always interesting. Bobby attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he dedicated his studies to acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & International Business.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his children, embracing the offerings of the metroplex, reading, relaxing, attending church, and embarking on explorations of new places.
