We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office management in our Dallas office, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment for our employees.

Your Role:

  • Oversee Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, including project contracts, travel coordination, vendor relationships, and supplies inventory to ensure a well-maintained and efficient workspace.

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.

  • Scheduling and Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Office Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce office standards and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain a professional office environment.

  • Equipment and Supplies: Monitor and maintain office equipment, arrange for repairs, and manage the ordering and stocking of office supplies.

  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and managing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
