Cushing Elementary School
Cushing Public Schools
A CENTRALIZED ELEMENTARY ENVIRONMENT
Cushing Elementary School is a new 125,433 square foot elementary campus designed to consolidate academic, administrative, and student support functions into a single, cohesive facility. The two-story building was planned to provide clear organization, efficient circulation, and a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The facility includes general education classrooms supported by specialty spaces for music and physical education, along with a library and dedicated administration area. A full-service cafeteria, gymnasium, and storm shelter were integrated into the building to support daily use while enhancing safety. Indoor and outdoor playgrounds further expand opportunities for student activity and engagement. Together, these elements create a flexible and durable elementary school that supports instructional needs, student wellness, and long-term district use.
