Chickasaw Nation - Ada, Oklahoma

Project consisted of converting an existing, vacant, 21,000 SF former bowling alley into a new office administration building as part of an urban renewal projected funded by both US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Chickasaw Nation. Scope involved adding over 50 private offices, training and conference spaces, and incorporated art and exhibit display provisions throughout. Scope also included major exterior building improvements, a new covered drive-thru entry, site and utility modifications, as well as a new parking lot expansion on adjacent property.
